COAST REGADA ACTIVITIES

NAME OF THE ACTIVITY	DESCRIPTION
1. Transnational coordination and management meetings	There will be four meetings to define overall strategy of TCA: - November 2005 in Italy - may 2006 in Hungary - February 2007 in Spain - October 2007 in Hungary.
2. Meetings and study visits	This activity includes all the exchange visits that will be done during the project and can involve staff, trainer, final beneficiaries and could be general or bilateral. It includes the participation to the conferences in the associated Phare partner's country, Romania, as the conference in Tusnad of July 2005.
3. Realization products	In this activities there will be realized: research, studies, surveys, guide, modules and actions for vocational training, book including all the project outputs, report for monitoring and self evaluation.
4. Shared activities	They include all the diffusion and shared actions: conference, brochure, leaflets, translations, common website, diffusion through press and other media, final conference for dissemination (10/07, Hungary).
5. Staff activities	Exchange for staff, administrative activities, self-evaluation, vocational training for administrative operators.
